The staff at Watersprings Ranch are all dedicated Christians which view
their positions not as a job, but as a call to minister to hurting people.
They are each one very loving, caring people whose goals are to see hurting
families healed, restored and strengthened through the supernatural power
of God. Each staff member is committed to the children at the Ranch and
desire and strive to see positive, lasting changes in each child which will
ultimately change their destinies in life.
