Admission For information regarding admission to the Watersprings Ranch program: Director of Social Services Phone: (870)772-7187 Email: davidw@watersprings.com After initial contact with Watersprings Ranch, a children's application will be sent. The application from Watersprings Ranch should be completely filled out and returned to the Ranch so that the child's current situation can be assessed. The child will be placed on a waiting list. When a vacancy becomes available, an interview will be scheduled at the Ranch to determine if the child can be helped through our program. These interviews last approximately 2-3 hours. An interview does not necessarily mean that a child has been accepted into the program.
